Up-and-coming 22-year-old rapper Zach Zoya is starting his sophomore year with the release of his new single “Strangers In The House” featuring Soran. The three-minute lyric video takes place in Soran’s home where the song was written.
“‘Strangers In The House’ is a moody late-night type of song. It’s a story about a specific evening that went down in the studio. We were throwing ideas together and the truth came out by itself” he says. It’s the perfect representation of how Soran and I have made music throughout the pandemic lockdown and I’m so excited to finally show people what we’ve been up to. It’s a step away from the usual hip-hop lane I’ve been existing in and it’s a great example of what else I have to offer artistically.”
The Canadian artist was recently named YouTube’s “Trending Artist On The Rise”. He also collaborated with the NFL for an exclusive Pepsi halftime show cover of “LOVE” by Kendrick Lamar, and released a SoundCloud activation for Black History Month.
Later this year Zach Zoya is set to begin his 2022 Canadian Tour.
Make sure to be on the lookout for his sophomore EP scheduled to be released later this spring.
“Strangers In The House” is now available on all streaming platforms.
