XXL has just announced their Freshman Class of 2017, and it’s safe to say it’s full of surprises. While there were several names worthy of cracking the list this year, Kyle, Aminé, Ugly God, Playboi Carti, PnB Rock, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Madeintyo, Kap G, Kamaiyah are all very deserving of their spot. And like years before, the notorious 10th spot saw the vote go to South Florida’s XXXTentacion who has undoubtedly caused a stir in the industry this past year.
