It was only a matter of time before Vic Mensa made his appearance on Funk Flex’s radio-show for a freestyle, and he even went as far to mention that he’s been waiting on it for a long time. Well, the moment is finally here, and it’s safe to say it’s arguably one of the rawest freestyles he’s had on his show. Mensa wasted no time jumping right into it, as he unleashed mesmerizing bars on Chicago’s Southside, his beef with DJ Akademiks and how everyone slept on him until his album came out. That’s really only a portion of the freestyle though, but I’ll leave it to you to break it down for yourself.
