A couple weeks back the Chicago native, Matt Whise, dropped off a 4 track EP titled theWHISE.wav. For being at it for some time now, Whise is definitely one of the more underrated local artists in Chicago. This EP consists of energetic tracks throughout and does not fail to meet the standards of a cohesive project that can be played front to back. This tape holds production from Jvst X, Sol Ra, CHOSEN, Eon Blaq, as well as features from AirKing & Jimi Gunnz. Believe In My Gang is a personal favorite for me, don’t take my word though, listen to it for yourself below.
