While I didn’t have the opportunity to watch Fedd The God in person at our Summer Smash festival, after watching mini-clips of his performance, I became a fan. As a new artist signed to Wiz Khalifa’s Taylor Gang imprint, the rising artist has grown so much in a short period. Music wasn’t always a part of his goal growing up. In 2005, Fedd experimented with his first song “Shoplifting” on Giant Eagle. It wasn’t until the loss of a friend, and fellow rising artist Trillzee, that his passion for music began to grow. His music is influenced by real-life experiences, which led to the rising rapper fan base to grow.
This month, Fedd The God is an opener for Hip Hop top-charting artists Wiz Khalifa and Logic Vinyl Verse Tour across the US. During one of his performances, he shared a song titled “Fortnite”, which quickly became a fan favorite. The energetic track features his signature vibrant sound that his fans have grown to love.
“The inspiration behind this single was better connectivity with the fans & my children just loving this song.” He shared.
