Stacia Mac Is Much More Than a Momager

Parents put their all behind their children to help them succeed in life. Polo G’s mother Stacia Mac, is a prime example of this. The mother of 5, is one of the leading factors behind her son’s studio album “The Goat” topping the charts in 2020. It was listed as #1 on Billboard rap charts, and #2 on the Billboard 200 chart. With minimal experience in the music industry, Mac proved that dreams can be before reality with hard work and dedication.

“As a manager, you’re taking the charge and saying you want to help an artist cultivate their career,” Mac told DJBooth. “That aspect is especially challenging when managing my son because there’s no room for failure. It has to work; I have to work.”

As the CEO of Only Dreamers Achieve (ODA) and creator of the podcast, I Birth Legends, Mac uses her platform to promote great ideas.

In honor of Women’s History Month, Mac decided to remember women that need a second chance and more assistance. She partnered with Ronniesha, Princess (Entrepreneur from Chicago), and Justice Stamps (Community activist), through the “Find Her Way Bail Bond Project.”

The rap momager donated $20,000 to help free incarcerated Chicago women who are behind bars for nonviolent offenses. Her goal is to post bail for more women by Mother’s Day.

“It was essential for us to see, not repeat offenders- if you will,” she stated. “But people who probably made a mistake and just needed a second chance.”
