If you didn’t know, now you do. New York native, Delly proves himself to be one of Harlem’s hardest hitting artists on the rise with his newest single, ‘Silk City.’ The young emcee seamlessly transitions from one cadence to another throughout the song, barraging the listener with witty flows. This one is jam-packed with clever bars from start to finish. The beat, produced by Tweek Tune, sounds like a Trapstar took a trip to the 1980’s. Combining that with Delly’s flawless vocal performance, ‘Silk City,’ seems to have all the necessary ingredients for a perfect East Coast bop. Delly’s confidence, creativity and OG demeanor services the track with a little something that listeners of all ages can relate to.
Whether you’re his friend or his foe, Delly is definitely here to stay.
