It has been a little while since we got some new music from Post Malone, so this came as a nice surprise. “Rockstar” is basically a song telling us how Post now lives like a rockstar. It’s a simple concept, but the track has vintage post all over it. The wavy beat, his autotuned voice, and a vibe that just makes you wanna lay down and vibe out to the track. Post got 21 Savage to be a guest feature on “Rockstar” and I commend 21 for his work on this song because when you first think about it, you wouldn’t really think Post and 21 would collab, or that their styles would match. However, 21 matched Post Malone’s style very well, and they made a very solid song that’s gonna be in rotation for a while. Listen to Post Malone’s newest hit, “Rockstar” below.
