Nigerian born and Dublin based artist Archy Moor returns to Lyrical Lemonade with yet another impressive single titled “Remember Me.” Produced by Brien of Soft Boy Records, the record reflects on an unfortunate negative experience with an ex-lover leading to a shadowy final outcome. Specifically spotlighting the burden of career success, a harsh but needed realization comes to fruition as Moor grasps how certain individuals attempt to make amends during the most questionable time periods. However, rather than creating a somber or vengeful record, “Remember Me” takes on an encouraging thematic approach as Archy Moor learns to shed old relations containing toxicity. Once ‘left in the dust,’ the implied irony is that Moor is now at the helm of rejection, but from his perspective not giving in was a prerequisite for legitimate growth. In essence, the track cleverly employs the idiom “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me,” as Moor actionably vows to never trip off love again. Listen to “Remember Me” below!
