One of Los Angeles’ best has just announced a followup mixtape to his stellar album Still Brazy, which was released earlier this year. In anticipation of the tape, he’s dropped a powerful new track titled “One Time Comin’.” The track has YG spitting about police brutality against African-Americans, a topic that was touched upon frequently on Still Brazy. As to be expected from YG, the production is fantastic, with an eerie synth sounding like a siren, a good representation of the anxiety and paranoia that comes from fear of police. YG is one of the most consistent rappers in the game right now, and it’s good to see he has no intention of slowing down. Listen to “One Time Comin'” below.
