By its very nature, the internet is a tool that entirely supersedes geographical boundaries. If someone like myself wants to go in and find artists from a random region of the world, it can be done with the click of a few buttons, regardless of where I decide to look. Consequently, it only feels right that I use this to my advantage and start highlighting more global talent for the LL readers. Today, thanks to none other than COLORS — quite possibly the best and most diverse international discovery platform right now — I stumbled upon an artist named Paranoid 1966 and her stellar new release, “Niñxs Malxs”.
Hailing from Spain, there may be a language barrier between Paranoid and myself, but with her melodic cadences and high-energy personality, the music still connects in the process. Each line is a delivered with the utmost animation, and furthermore, only adding to the magic here, the glimmering visuals are sure to mirror such a head-turning character, as Paranoid takes her talents to a tinfoil-surrounded room. Needless to say, if this offering can intrigue a listener who doesn’t even understand the words, there has to be something special going on here.
That said, between the rhythmic dancing, the infectious energy of the song, and the sheer excitement of finding a fantastic artist all the way over in Spain, “Niñxs Malxs” is a must-watch release. Be sure to show some love and click play on this one below!
