One of my personal favorite tracks from Warhol.ss’ catalog has always been the melodic yet aggressive single “New Year”. Not only does it act as the perfect anthem to take over the year and glo up in every sense, but its luxurious lyricism always makes for an entertaining listen no matter what time of the year it may be. Today, arriving to our pages with a second part to this standout release in celebration of 2018, the Chicago native just unleashed a Staccato-produced banger titled “New Year Part 2 (Lost & Found)”.
Throughout the past few months, Warhol has been hinting at the release of his forthcoming mixtape, Chest Pains, with a number of loose releases and snippets via social media. Now that we have this track to set the tone for the rest of this rising star’s year, it only follows that the wait for the mixtape will have been very much so worth it. This track’s deeply cut bass and string-led production come together for a hell of a song to start off 2018 with, so be sure to give it a listen below and consider it the anthem for all your success in the coming 12 months. Warhol always comes through just when we need him, and “New Years Part 2” is no different.
