Gracing the pages of Lyrical Lemonade today is a brand new release that will have you pressing repeat over and over again. If you haven’t heard of zco yet, its about time you took notice. The 21 year old Calabasas native has been residing in Tucson, Arizona for the last 3 years, where he has been solidifying himself as a promising up and comer in the rap game.
His newest offering entitled, Keep Going is a tribute to the reality of chasing your dreams. Everyone has them, but very few see them all the way through due to the trials and tribulations that are experienced on the way. Throughout the verses, zco expresses how important it is to keep going and keep having faith no matter what. If you look through his catalog of music, you will notice that this is a common theme found in a lot of his tracks.
On top of the powerful message, this song is extremely impressive in all facets. The production includes a stellar guitar played by Justin Frankel that makes it so easy for zco to develop a strong rhythmic flow. To add some more flavor, zco has enlisted help from New York based rapper Sheriff Akanni along with Tucson based vocalists Jesus Valenzuela and Bellah Faith.
This is a song that you’ll definitely want to check out. I’ve attached the Spotify link below, so give it a listen and let us know what you think! If you’re a fan of zco, make sure to follow him on his social media accounts here and here. Enjoy! Keep Going!
