Summer tends to produce bangers and inspire artists to bring their absolute best to the studio. We’re mid-summer here, folks. Things are heating up, and as a result, the music is as well.
I recently discovered New York-based rapper FINESSE, and I’m excited to say the least. FINESSE is catchy, brings emotion and sentiment with his delivery and lyrics, and has music that has an undeniable bounce to it. His most recent release, ‘Just Another Thot,’ is one I can can nearly guarantee will have anyone moving too. The young emcee has had enough of chasing after woman only to be used and backstabbed by them. He displays this aggravation in his lyrics, ‘Yeah she might use my body and bands, but she coming with the beauty and brand.’
Impressively enough, FINESSE produced the beat for ‘Just Another Thot,’ and it hits equally as hard as his relatable lyrics. With thundering 808’s and a hypnotic lead melody, this song has been on repeat from the first moment I heard it.
