Louisville, Kentucky representative Bryan Bandit is back in our pages yet again today as he continues his run of consistency and Detroit-inspired sound, as the frenetically paced, bar-laced style has spread far beyond the state of Michigan and become the de-facto sound of most of the midwest as a whole. DDotFreezing handled the track’s instrumental, blending Detroit’s distinctively quick percussion along with a more subdued melody that lets Bandit slide nonchalantly, unloading his braggadocios and ambitious lyrics. The Digggers came together with Louisville’s go-to cameraman Flacko Productions on what was an unexpected visual collaboration between two of my favorite videographers to break out in the past two years. The track’s title and hook serve as a double-entendre as Bandit proclaims that he is not stopping for blue lights, but also that he will never stop hustling and continuing his prolific musical run.
