From the Polo Sporting Goods days until now, few artists have seen as much growth as New Jersey-bred talent Retch. In the words of his current social media campaign, “richer than the opps”, Retch dead-set mindset toward success is galvanizing to say the least, and today, bringing this growth to the light, the man himself is here on Lyrical Lemonade to bless us with a brand new video for “Hopeless”. Eclectic in its flows yet purely thoughtful in lyricism, this track looks at the reflective side of Retch, allowing him to speak his mind on the prospect of hope and where its presence, or sometimes lack thereof, comes into his life. The visuals follow this up with scenes of Retch rapping along throughout a plethora of different atmospheres, all of which highlight his “richer than the opps” lifestyle in ways that listeners can easily get in line with.
That said, “Hopeless” is sure to keep Retch’s name booming all throughout 2019, so be sure to show some love and check this one out at the link below!
