If you’re sleeping on Tdot illdude, it’s time to wake up.
His latest offering, “Hold On,” is a record dedicated to making it through life’s hills and valleys, and that the journey is worth holding onto. The rapper displays his versatility from his flow to melodic abilities and lyricism.
“They say you’re born alone and die alone, you cry alone/ hold on, hold on / cause that’s what makes you strong.” Tdot reminds his listeners that life won’t always be easy, but riding through the lows is necessary to help you make it to the highs.
After making it through his struggles, he contemplates seeing a kingly reflection in the mirror and sitting at the table with his queen: a far distance from the loneliness and emptiness he had encountered earlier on in his life and career.
“Hold On,” was co-released with another single titled, “Heartless Cutthroat Paranoid,” in June. The rapper is frequently dropping heat and is an absolute threat to the game.
