Henny Hermes – SENSES

Before Henny Hermes could even write his ABCs, his favorite hobbies were playing the guitar and singing nursery rhymes. Having a successful recording artist as an uncle, a father that plays the guitar, and a sibling that plays the piano, it was only a matter of time before music took over his life. Growing up, some of his favorite artists were Kesha, Jason Derulo, Usher, and Flo Rida had a major impact on the way he listened to music. As he got older, he gravitated more towards Juice Wrld, XXXtentacion, and Post Malone in their come-up era. For the last four years, Henny has been working with his engineer/producer Sentfromheavn. The duo came together to develop a new sound and genre, on the production of beats and vocals. Even though he considered himself a Hip-Hop Rap artist, Henny’s sound can cater to a lot of genres. His recent record “Senses” is one of my favorites thus far. It’s hard to deny the talent Henny has and each release makes me a bigger fan of his.

“Senses is a deep story of how I felt about my first true love. In the hook, I explain the 5 senses and how they are stimulated in a relationship. Taste, smell, touch, sight and hear. Everything that I had experienced through that period of my life I have implemented in the song explaining how I felt with the senses.”

Recently, Henny Hermes signed a record deal with Knxwn Sounds. The company will give him the platform and resources necessary to help him spread his impact globally. I look forward to witnessing his growth these next few months. You can stream his new single below.
