Though this is the first time he’s graced the pages of Lyrical Lemonade, SonReal has already built a sizable, passionate fanbase thanks to a library of colorful, cuts and some wild music videos (the video for “Everywhere We Go” slaps to this day).
More than just fun music videos and charisma, though, SoReal’s music is always genuine and his latest release off his forthcoming album, “Healing” is no exception. A song “written for anyone in need,” the Trevor Muzzy-produced cut carries some significant weight thanks to some crisp production and SonReal’s authentic, emotionally-charged crooning. The soul-splashed backdrop atmosphere is perfect for his fellow Canadian crooner, Jessie Reyez, whose emotional, cutting vocals always shine atop this type of production.
In addition to the release of The Aaron LP, set to drop on Friday, SonReal is also gearing up for a worldwide tour starting later this month. Check out “Healing” at the link below!
