Throughout the past few weeks, Chicago rappers, Mick Jenkins and Vic Spencer have gone back and forth on twitter taking shots at one another. A little over a week ago Vic gave us “Dick Jerkins,” a less than impressive diss track aimed at Mick. I respect his effort and thought the name was funny, but his actual rapping just wasn’t there. Earlier this week, on Vic’s birthday, Mick decided to drop “HeadAss.” I’d like to start by saying after listening it’s no question who the winner is; Mick Jenkins with the KO! Produced by Kaytranada, Mick goes in about Vic’s old age, trying to start beef with people who he has no chance against, and how bad his last album is. Then again, no publicity is bad publicity.
