Hate Me – [216mossey]

Aspiring 17-year-old artist 216mossey is back with a new single, “Hate Me.” The track features fellow local artist LetJayFlyy and is a powerful anthem about moving on from toxic relationships and focusing on doing what you love. Mossey has been writing and performing music since he was in the fifth grade. He started out by playing covers of his favorite songs but soon began writing his own material. His music is a blend of hip-hop, R&B, and pop, and his lyrics are often personal and introspective. “Hate Me” is a song that Mossey wrote about his own experiences with toxic relationships. The song is about learning to let go of people who are no longer good for you and finding the strength to move on. The track is also a reminder that you should never let anyone else define your worth. “This song means the world to me because I really wanted to express myself and really speak my truth the best way I know how,” Mossey said. “I hope that people can relate to the song and find strength in it.”
