With every song that Sally Sossa drops, she continues to remind us why she’s not just another short-lived talent, but rather a force that will continue to push limits and surpass expectations. After getting the chance to cover her debut single, it’s my pleasure to welcome the Houston, Texas native back onto our page for the release of her 3rd track called, “GMFU”.
Being the first female artist signed to Interscope’s joint venture, LISTEN TO THE KIDS, Sally Sossa is blazing her own way and creating her own lane within an industry that is producing talented female rappers. On this latest offering, Sally turns it up a notch and withholds absolutely nothing. Out of the three songs that she’s dropped thus far, it’s safe to say that this is my favorite. What we’re witnessing is an artist who is coming into her own and finding her sound while being surrounded by a groundbreaking support team. It’s an understatement to say that Sally Sossa has potential, since she’s already walking into all that’s destined for her. In a quote from the up and comer, she explains:
“I want my fans to know that I’m real, I’m authentic, I’m me, and I’m making music to help them,” she says. “I’m growing with my fan base and they’re growing with me.”
Authenticity is what got Sally into the position she’s in now and authenticity is what’s going to continue to push her to be the greatest that she can be. I’m super excited to see all of the fire stuff Sally Sossa is gonna cook your next. I’ve attached her brand new song down below. Give it a listen and let us know what you think!
