Glenwood Where I Hang – [BlueFace Bolo]

Hailing from the Eastside of Atlanta, Glenwood Rd. to be exact, is BlueFace Bolo who alongside his 2F gang is taking over this historically rap inclined section of the city because of their consistency and streetwise lyrics while building off of the sonic leaps and bounds that the artists before them took but still doing so in such a manner that created an entirely new sound, rather than copying or biting off of the original. This willingness to experiment and desire for their sound to stand out is undoubtedly going to take them far and result in a lot of groundbreaking and very enjoyable music. “Glenwood Where I Hang” is Bolo’s latest installation in a long line of music videos that he has released in 2020 and does not appear to be taking his foot off the gas one bit. It is still very early on in the career of BlueFace Bolo but come next year there is little doubt in my mind that he and the rest of 2F will be regarded as next up on all sides of the city. He teamed up with ACT who has been a production staple in the Atlanta underground for several years now and this link-up will undoubtedly help Bolo continue to refine his sound and climb to the top of the city’s rap ranks.
