Today, current Denver resident and rising artist Doze drops off his brand new single titled “Get Over It”. When this single first came to my attention, it was about two weeks before it was released. For me, all it took was one listen through and I was sold. “Get Over It” was delivered just in time for summer, carrying characteristics that make people feel overwhelmingly good and full of energy.
Doze has a very unique vocal tone; which, in my opinion, makes this song that much better. His lyrics are simple yet relatable, and his delivery consists of a laid-back approach which gives it that summer vibe. After speaking to his team, I quickly learned that Doze has been making music since he was in eighth grade, giving him time to develop and build who he desires to be as an artist. As he currently sits with just four official releases, I’m sure we can be expecting a lot more in the coming months as his had team mentioned when speaking.
