Lyrical Lemonade is excited to bring you the premiere of Minnesotan rapper Dwynell Roland’s newest track, “GAWD DAMN”. Roland’s been grinding for a long time and it’s paid off well: he’s been making waves this year with a hot streak of singles and features with fellow rising stars like Finding Novyon, and his tape The Popular Nobody was one of the best released this fall. Not one to take a break, he’s blessed us with a heater of a track in “GAWD DAMN,” which has Roland sounding hungrier than ever with a rapid, aggressive flow over some spacey production that headphones can’t really do justice: this is one you need to play at max volume in the whip. If you’ve been sleeping on Dwynell Roland until now, this is the perfect time to change that: you’re going to be hearing a lot more from him in 2017!
Listen to “GAWD DAMN” below and check out The Popular Nobody if you haven’t already.
