We’ve had Pollari’s “Anything” on repeat since it was released last week, but he’s already dropped another heater on us. In the past, many of Pollari’s tracks, especially ones produced by frequent collaborator senseiatl, tend to sound much brighter with higher sparkling synths – that’s not the case with “Fishscale pt. 2”. This track is full of murky, dark synths and a much more low-key flow for Pollari, which is a nice change of pace. His heavy autotune sounds right at home over production like this, and FJ comes through with a solid verse too. Personally, this is one of my favorite Pollari tracks to date, so definitely give this one a listen.
