Back with their first release of 2022, Khary and Drelli join forces on the energetic and forward-thinking “Fancy”. Produced by JGRANTBEATS, Khary and Drelli go bar-for-bar over a taut and low-end-laden mix that sounds like it could have been pulled straight out of Pharrell’s back catalog. From “Fancy”‘s electronically-distorted vocals to the hard-hitting and mechanical percussion that decorates the track, Drelli and Khary hold nothing back while showing listeners why 2022 is sure to be their year. After demonstrating their seasoned styles over a bounce-filled banger like “Fancy” – I’m crossing my fingers that this track is just a taste of what’s to come this year from Drelli and Khary. It’s probably safe to say that this won’t be the last release from either of them in 2022 – but with luck, we’ll see another collab from the two young rappers sooner rather than later.
