Three weeks ago, he released “Right Or Wrong” featuring Future and it already has close to two million plays on SoundCloud. Channeling his inner Lil Wayne, Youngboy is back again today to deliver another hot record for the streets. On “Diamond Teeth Samurai,” Youngboy interpolates the legendary Weezy track “Tha Block Is Hot” and brings down the house in the accompanying music video. Motorcycles, flashy cars, and even horses float across the screen, and there are several wild shots of Youngboy hanging out the window of a Bentley in true Tupac style. Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman, who has a joint album on the way with the young Louisiana rap star, even makes a brief appearance. Buoyed by the sinister hook, a simple piano loop, and some booming 808 kicks, “Diamond Teeth Samurai” is sure to get fans pumped for Youngboy’s forthcoming album Until Death Call My Name, set to drop April 27.
