Mac Miller is back and he delivers for us a very impressive visual for his newest song, “Dang!,” with up and coming R&B artist, Anderson .Paak. First of all, the song is great; it’s not your typical Mac Miller song. The production on this song is jazzy with cuts from jazz horns, smooth guitar, and smooth piano in the background. Anderson .Paak is the perfect feature for the song as his soothing voice meshes perfectly with the sound of the music. At Lollapalooza, the Pittsburgh rapper announced that this is actually the first single from his upcoming album, “The Divine Feminine,” set to drop in November. Now, the Rex Arrow directed film shows the two artists watching their girls walk out of their lives after they repeatedly screw up their relationship in some way, and then end up chasing after them around the town.Even though this track has sort of a sad theme to the plot, I get relaxing and happy vibes from it as I listen to Mac and Anderson rap and sing as they chase their ladies through the town with dancing bystanders everywhere.
