Another day another super talented artist out of Toronto.
Making his Lyrical Lemonade debut with “Danana,” Ty Senoj delivers an impressive, video-assisted effort where he wears a few different hats in the creative process.
Obviously, at the forefront, is Ty’s light, flexible vocals. With an approach that blends melodic R&B with a sleek flow, Senoj seemingly skips atop the glossy yet booming beat; which, by the way, he co-produced alongside, DZL. Senoj’s contributions don’t stop on the track. Completing the full-package offering, the visuals echo Senoj’s jaded, cynical view of relationships, but does so with a style that is equally as colorful and sleek as the song itself. Well, Ty (along with Maisie Small) had a hand in styling the video and it just so happens that the retro-twinged direction is what gives the visuals a fresh, unique feel.
No word on a larger project (as of yet), but very excited to see what the future holds for the multi-faceted T-Dot artist.
