DALE WEPA – [Who?] x [Nat]

Virginia artist Who? sounded off in his latest release with fellow Latinx artist Nat, in a cross-cultural banger titled “DALE WEPA.” Trading off verses and languages, the two brought out all the firepower in a track that spans less than two minutes. A self-produced single, Who? features an uptempo, energetic beat that the two float on with ease. I couldn’t help but find myself bobbing my head and smiling through its entirety, as the crispy wordplay and mixed-language lines provided a surprise with every bar.

The video, directed by Fargo, matches that bright, exciting aura that the track provides, with ultra- HD clips, bright colors, and plenty of energy.

Who? has seen some major success, landing syncs on several of TV’s biggest shows, and getting the nod to perform at Pharrell’s Something In The Water festival later this month. With this sort of momentum and the much-needed changeup to the industry that his music brings, there’s no telling what’s next.

“When I sat down to make this record I knew I wanted to make something that was for my culture. I wanted to find a way to mix Reggaeton and Trap Music, but also add Bachata to it. I took all the elements I like from each of those genres and ended up making something unique without sounding like anything I’ve heard before.”

Who?’s loyal listeners and new listeners alike have already done a number on this joint, with it racking up 33K views in just over a week.
