Vic Mensa is one of the best artists to come out of this massive Chicago rap scene and his fan base is rapidly growing as of late due to his new banger featuring Kanye West, U Mad. Today, Los Angles producer Esta remixes Vic’s hit “Down On My Luck” and brought Jarreau Vandal, Mr. Carmack, and Sam Gellaitry along for the ride.
