CROWD CONTROL-[Reaux Marquez]

Nashville, Tennessee prodigy, Reaux Marquez returns to Lyrical Lemonade with a new banger titled “CROWD CONTROL.” Produced by SEJOHFROGI and Malone, lyrically Marquez creatively retells the story of the iconic film known as City of God. More specifically, Reaux characterizes himself as Li’l Zé Pequeno, who is the main antagonist in the 2002 Brazilian classic. Like always, Marquez’s flow is villainous; his energy is assuredly menacing, which is a result of his undeniable rap prowess. Considering City of God is one of my favorite movies of all time, I’d absolutely love to see a full-fledged visual for this track; perhaps integrated with another song for a dual concept music video. In any case, Reaux continues to impress and in a world where the phrase ‘criminally underrated’ is possibly overused, Marquez couldn’t be further from the truth. Listen to “CROWD CONTROL” below!
