Burger is the definition of a sleeper. There is something oddly hypnotizing about the New Orleans rapper’s style, with influences of Earl and MF Doom there but still with his own distinctive feel, he’s been steady dropping dark, gritty gems the past couple of years. On this one, he’s spitting hard, freeverse bars over a pulsating Alchemist instrumental. It feels like a silent killer, he’s never really yelling at you, but the bars and the delivery are hungry.
