There’s an unreal amount of musically talented individuals in the city of Chicago, and one of my personal favorites Joey Purp blessed his fans with a brand new banger earlier today titled “CORNERSTONE.” Plenty of the city’s best producers assisted with the instrumental of this track led by Thelonious Martin, while J.P Floyd, Donnie Trumpet, Petter Cottontale, and Knox Fortune all helped make this one into a masterpiece. Sounds like an all-star lineup so far right, well it also had some help from fellow Chicagoan Saba & theMIND, pushing it over the top. This is the first single off of Joey’s forthcoming debut album titled “iiiDrops,” it certainly leaves some huge expectations for the rest of the project.
