The SAVEMONEY summer continues and this time it is Towkio’s turn to deliver us a new project. “Community Service 2” is a seven track EP that has production from some familiar producers in the Chicago music scene including Peter Cottontale, Knox Fortune, Smoko Ono, and others. The SAVEMONEY rapper displays his talents by rapping cleverly about some very real topics he holds close to himself such street violence and drug use. He also made sure that this tape would bang by having “Playin Fair” and “G W M” on it which have features from Joey Purp and Vic Mensa. Towkio has really been on the come up the past few years especially ever since releasing his previous mixtape “.Wav Theory,” and CS2 is only going to help him grow as an artist. He also hints in the project, “Just know that World Wide Wave coming soon.” So be on the lookout for another tape from Towkio soon but for now, take a listen to “Community Service 2” below!
