Child’s Play – [A$AP Twelvvy]

When it comes to storytelling in hip-hop right now, I wholeheartedly believe that A$AP Twelvyy is one of the most underrated rappers in the game. From triumphant, “from the bottom to the top” descriptions of his come-up in the music world to soul-stricken tales of growing up and becoming the man he is today, Twelvyy never disappoints, and today this is on full display in his latest music video for “Child’s Play”.

Infused with lots of cartoon imagery and childhood-associated¬†scenery, this release pairs the story of Twelvyy’s upbringing with visions of the success that he’s achieved today, illustrating a success-story¬†dichotomy that I can’t seem to stop watching. “Child’s Play” the song is already incredible as it is, but these visuals only bring things to the next level. Needless to say, A$AP Twelvyy snapped, and I would consider his latest to be an essential watch for all of our readers out there.
