Lyrical Lemonade favorite Jamila Woods is back today with her new record titled “Brown Girls Theme.” The excellent production on this track was handled by Dee Lilly, while the lyrics and vocals were handled by Jamila & Lisa Mishra. Together the trio created easily one of the most melodic & beautiful songs I have heard in quite some time. They have really been doing something special over at Closed Sessions, it seems like each and every one of the artists on their roster have been showing tremendous growth. It’s scary to think about where they will be as a unit in a few years, until then listen to the new song below!
