At age 19, Taylor’s older brother we all know and love as Chance The Rapper dropped his second mixtape “Acid Rap” that really brought his career to the top. Yesterday, at age 19, Taylor gives us his second tape via Rolling Stone Magazine that could very much do the same for him. With features from Donnie Trumpet, King Louie, Joey Purp, Chance and many more. This is by far the best work I’ve heard from Taylor and throughout the project it shows. The production is on point throughout the tape from, all of which is handled by Ludlow. A song that sticks out to me the most is “Favorite Drink” featuring both King Louie and Joey Purp. Saying this track is hot is an understatement; these are three different artists who all put their own touch of greatness into the song. Some others that stand out are “Broad Shoulders” featuring Chance and “Dancing in the Rain” with Donnie Trumpet, Shay Lewis, and Brandon Fox. The whole tape is beyond impressive and it’s gonna be very exciting to see where this brings Taylor in his career. Check out this project below and get familiar with Taylor as he begins to blow up!
