3:33 – [Sylvan LaCue]

Florida’s own, Sylvan LaCue took it upon himself to rework Bas’ “Tribe.” The new reworked track opens the playing field for LaCue to speak on his recent success and opportunities garnered by the recent success of his latest album, Apologies in Advance. Inspired by HOV’s “4:44,” LaCue has rightfully titled the new track, “3:33” an homage to the transparency shown by JAY-Z. The new video serves two purposes; the first, displays LaCue’s uncanny knack for lyrical wizardry, the second, a testimonial about his decision to turn down a deal with Roc Nation and remain an independent artist. Shot in New Orleans the videos beams with colorful backdrops of architecture that compliments the song’s island-style production. It sounds like LaCue is in a great space, which only excites us fans about what the Florida MC has in store for us next. Check out Sylvan LaCue’s new freestyle below and tell us what you think in the comment section!
