It has recently been brought to my attention that Chicago’s rising music scene isn’t revolved all around the musicians, there is actually much more to it – bloggers, videographers, photographers, event coordinators, management, etc. Today, I want to speak on videographers/photographers in particular; Chicago is in possession of only the best, and there are plenty, yet we are going to focus on a few young, creative minds – Phil Shaw, Jake Osmun, and Parker Foster.
Firstly, we will speak on Phil Shaw, a young creative mind who specializes in Instagram videos, yet has recently been strengthening his skill in photography, this past month he has worked with artists such as Wiz Khalifa, Vic Mensa, Ty Dolla $ign, G Eazy, Iggy Azalea, and plenty more. It is needless to say that this kid has an itch for greatness, and he is well on his way – stay tuned for more.
Here, we have a young man that began his journey in Arizona, and has had a clear eye for success ever since. Jake Osmun moved to Chicago a little over a year ago with a strong suit in music videos; he still holds that strength today, yet he has built his name in many other different areas, whether it is videos, photography, or clothing – it is always quality, and attracts a large following. Osmun will continue to add to his large list of credentials, hop aboard now.
Lastly, we will speak on Parker Foster, a visual artist who has an eye for quality. Foster recently moved from Dallas to the city of opportunity, Chicago, and he has been seamlessly placing himself in opportune situations. Foster is one who truly appreciates the craft, and it is extremely rare to come across individuals like such who are so knowledgable at what they love. Familiarize yourself with Parker Foster now, or later – either way, it is going to happen eventually.
