It may be a few weeks old, but after stumbling upon Los Angeles artist C Roy’s music video for “10 Missed Calls”, I just needed to write about such a noteworthy release. Making his Lyrical Lemonade debut with this one, we see the skater/rapper put his funloving personality on display with a beautifully written track, sticking in any listeners’ head after just one listen. Roy is carefree and proud of it, expressing the joys he has found in success and the way life has been lately throughout a series of quotable lines and playful production via Whyceg. To put it simply, C Roy is clearly living his best life and thankfully he’s not afraid to let the world know, blessing us with a positive anthem to keep on repeat.
